Shipping returns

OUR HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Holiday Exchange Policy is now in place, and we will be offering extended exchange or credit (on regular priced, unworn merchandise) until January 1, 2024. No exchange or returns on Boxing Day. 

In Store

Please note that all swimwear, accessories, intimates, sale, discounted goods or items purchased with a promotional element are FINAL SALE. No exception

Regular priced items, purchased in-store:

  • We will be happy to refund or exchange full priced items that are returned in store within 10 days of purchase in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached and accompanied by original receipt.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
  • Pricing adjustments must be purchased and brought to our attention within 24 hours of a sale. We will happily honour the difference in price in the form of a store credit on items and sizes that are part of our current promotion.

Fossellos reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that is not in its original condition.

Online

All In-Store Return Policies apply, with the following exceptions:

  • We must receive the item back in store within 10 business days from the date you received your order. Returns after this date will not be honoured.
  • The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund. We do not refund or credit the original shipping cost.
  • Once orders are placed on our site, they cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • International customers are responsible for any duty incurred at the border.

Returns (if applicable)

To initiate a return, please email hello@fossellos.com and we will email you with an authorization code and further instructions. Any returns sent without an authorization code will not be accepted. Items MUST be mailed ‘Signature Required’ or we are not responsible for potential loss of items

  • Reminder - any items purchased with promotional discount or ‘on sale’ are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether it has been approved or rejected for return.
  • Exchanges are processed within 7 business days pf receipt.

Shipping Your Return

  • You must include the Return Authorization Code that you have received from us, as well as the order number. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
